1. Production Process

(1) Raw material preparation: Select high-quality ore or chemical raw materials containing silicon, magnesium, calcium and other elements, and after selection and pretreatment, ensure that the purity and particle size of the raw materials meet the production requirements.

(2) Melting fiber: Put the raw materials into a high-temperature furnace, heat them to 1600℃-1800℃ to melt them, and then make the molten raw materials into fibers through processes such as blowing or spinning.

(3) Needle punching: Collect the prepared fibers and use a needle punching machine to needle them so that the fibers are interwoven to form a fiber blanket with a certain strength and density.

(4) High-temperature shaping: Put the needle punched fiber blanket into a high-temperature furnace for shaping treatment to further improve the performance and stability of the fiber blanket.
