Bio Soluble Ceramic Fiber Modules For Industry Kiln are developed on the basis of traditional ceramic fibers. They are new refractory lining products launched to simplify and speed up kiln construction and improve the integrity of the lining. The main components are MgO and CaO. They integrate refractory, heat insulation and thermal insulation. They can be used in high temperature occasions. Biosoluble fibers can replace some traditional ceramic fibers. The use temperature can reach 1300℃ and they have excellent environmental protection performance.
Bio Soluble Ceramic Fiber Modules For Industry Kiln are white in color and regular in size. They can be directly fixed on the anchor nails of the steel plate of the industrial kiln shell. They have good refractory and heat insulation effects, improve the integrity of the refractory and heat insulation of the kiln, and promote the progress of kiln masonry technology.
