Core Principle: The aluminium foil surface must face the heat source, with tight seams and secure fastening.
01 Pre-Installation Preparation
Surface Treatment: Clean the equipment surface of oil, rust, and burrs to ensure it is flat, dry, and clean.
Material Preparation: Use dedicated cutting tools (e.g., utility knives, handsaws) to accurately cut the board to required dimensions, ensuring neat edges.
02 Installation Direction & Fixing
Direction Confirmation: During installation, the shiny aluminium foil surface must face the heat source (high-temperature side). This is critical for its heat reflection function.
Fixing Methods:
Adhesive Fixing: For low to medium temperature areas (≤400°C), use high-temperature resistant adhesive.
Mechanical Fixing: Recommended for high-temperature or high-vibration environments:
Welded Studs: Secure with heat-resistant steel washers.
Self-tapping Screws: Suitable for installations with a base structure (adding washers is recommended).
Stainless Steel Straps: Ideal for wrapping and securing pipes.
03 Joint Treatment
