96kg/m3 Density Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Product Introduction
The 96kg/m3 density ceramic fiber blanket is a fiber blanket made of high-purity alumina and silica through continuous melt blowing. The classification temperature is 1260-1430℃. It has the advantages of fine fiber, low thermal conductivity, and small shrinkage of heater hot wire. Compared with similar products, it has stronger fire resistance, heat insulation and energy saving effects.
The 96kg/m3 density ceramic fiber blanket is white in color and regular in size. It integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and thermal insulation functions. It does not contain any binder and can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used in neutral and oxidizing atmospheres.
The 96kg/m3 density ceramic fiber blanket is not affected by oil corrosion and can restore its thermal and physical properties after drying. Compared with its corresponding fiber cotton, it has the same excellent chemical stability and higher strength at room temperature and after combustion. It can be widely used in the fields of fire resistance, heat insulation and thermal insulation in various industries.
