Product Introduction
Ceramic fiber blanket fireproof thermal insulation mat is white, regular in size, and integrates heat insulation and thermal insulation functions without any additives. Ceramic fiber blanket fireproof thermal insulation mat is made of needle-punched ceramic fiber, which can provide excellent working strength for high-temperature thermal insulation applications. It maintains good tensile strength and toughness when used in both neutral and oxidizing atmospheres. Ceramic fiber blanket has excellent chemical properties and can be widely used in insulation and thermal insulation.
Ceramic fiber blankets are made of blown/spun aluminum silicate (ceramic) fibers interlaced and compressed to the desired density and thickness. The blanket is a highly effective thermal insulation material that is lightweight, resistant to thermal shock, non-combustible, able to withstand chemical attack, and has excellent flame retardancy.
SUNTHERM ceramic fiber blankets are available in a variety of thicknesses. Our most commonly used blankets operate at 1260°C, but we also offer blankets that are resistant to 1400°C.

SUNTHERM ceramic fiber blankets have excellent resistance to most chemicals except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkalis.
