1mm Refractory Ceramic Fiber Paper is a high-performance insulation material made primarily from aluminosilicate ceramic fibers, with a small amount of binder, filler, and additives, produced using a wet forming process. The fibers are evenly distributed, and both thickness and density are strictly controlled. The surface is smooth, and the material is flexible, offering excellent thermal insulation, heat retention, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption, and filtration properties.
1mm Refractory Ceramic Fiber Paper delivers superior thermal insulation performance, with low heat capacity and a low thermal conductivity ranging from 0.03 to 0.112 W/(m·K) at room temperature, effectively preventing heat transfer. It can withstand temperatures from 1260°C to 1430°C, making it ideal for high-temperature applications. The material is strong, tear-resistant, and flexible, with a tensile strength of 0.3–0.9 kN/m², making it easy to process and install.
