Ceramic fiber board installation method:
There are three forms of refractory ceramic fiber board lining, namely external insulation: the ceramic fiber board is pasted or anchored on the cold side of the furnace wall; Internal heat insulation: Paste ceramic fiber board on the hot surface of the furnace wall; Intermediate insulation: The fiber layer is placed in the middle of the furnace wall. Because of the many disadvantages of intermediate insulation, it is rarely used. Refractory fiber is generally ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber blanket and ceramic fiber module, the thickness is 25~50mm, 50-100mm is appropriate.
1) External thermal insulation composite lining. This insulation method is to insert the cold surface of the furnace lining ceramic fiber board between the furnace shell and the furnace wall. This structure requires only low-temperature fiber products or lightweight bricks.
2) Internal thermal insulation composite lining. Whether it is intermittent or continuous operation of the furnace, ceramic fiber board, refractory fiber products mounted on the hot surface of the furnace lining, have good insulation effect. It can not only reduce the heat loss of the furnace wall, but also significantly reduce the heat storage loss. Therefore, the refractory ceramic fiber board can meet the requirements of the furnace production process conditions, as far as possible to use this insulation structure. Most furnaces now use internal lining, which has high comprehensive thermal efficiency, can save energy and reduce consumption, and the service life of the insulation layer and the refractory layer has been improved. Of course, sometimes it is still necessary to choose different structures and construction methods according to their actual situation in order to achieve better energy saving effects, it is not necessary to use ceramic fiber board and other refractory fiber structure, material selection can consult the design institute, construction, material providers and other comprehensive considerations before deciding.
The application of ceramic fiber board in the above furnace type is generally close to the furnace wall steel plate. The specific method is to weld the special Y-type high temperature stainless steel anchor on the steel plate, drill the hole of the ceramic fiber board through the screw on the steel plate, and then use the castable to pour the seal or pile up the firebrick.
