Product Description:
1600℃ Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Board is a premium high-temperature insulation panel. It is mainly composed of polycrystalline alumina fiber, with inorganic binders and special functional additives added, and manufactured via wet vacuum filtration, extrusion molding, drying, surface finishing and other refined processes.
Adopting a sophisticated sol-gel technology, the production process transforms soluble aluminum salts into homogeneous colloidal liquid. The resulting colloid undergoes high-speed centrifugation to shape fiber preforms, which are further dehydrated, dried, and treated under medium and high temperature for crystallization.
Its dominant crystalline phase is α-Al₂O₃ corundum, paired with a minor proportion of mullite, delivering an outstanding chemical purity ranging from 95% to 99% and above. Boasting a uniform pure white texture, the product integrates the superior high-temperature stability of crystalline substances and the outstanding thermal insulation performance of fiber materials, supporting long-term stable service in extreme high-temperature environments up to 1600℃.

Featured with a polycrystalline microcrystalline structure, the board maintains stable phase composition under high heat. It supports long-term continuous service at 1500~1600℃ and delivers remarkable resistance to high-temperature creep.
Superior thermal insulation & energy efficiency
Thanks to low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity, it minimizes heat accumulation and effectively cuts heat loss. Compared with conventional refractory bricks, it achieves 15~45% energy savings and greatly lowers overall kiln operation costs.
Outstanding thermal shock resistance
It boasts exceptional thermal shock resistance, capable of enduring frequent rapid heating and cooling cycles without cracking or peeling. It is perfectly suited for intermittent kiln working conditions.
Great airflow erosion resistance
Available for direct contact with open flame and high-speed airflow, the material features strong anti-erosion performance. It retains complete structural stability even in harsh environments with airflow speed up to 90m/s.
Reliable chemical stability
It provides excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and can be stably applied in diverse working atmospheres, such as acidic, oxidizing, reducing and vacuum environments.
Flexible processability
With non-brittle texture and favorable flexibility, the board is easy to cut, drill and mill. It can be customized into special-shaped components and precision-size parts, simplifying on-site construction and installation.
