Product Description:

Ultra-High Temperature Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Board is a high-performance insulation material manufactured from high-purity polycrystalline alumina fibers using a wet forming and high-temperature sintering process. Its internal structure consists of a uniformly interwoven fiber network, forming a dense body with a smooth surface. This unique structure combines the excellent thermal insulation of fibrous materials with the superior heat resistance of ceramics.

Ultra-High Temperature Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Board offers outstanding high-temperature performance, with a continuous service temperature of up to 1450°C and even higher short-term resistance, significantly exceeding conventional aluminosilicate fibers. Its fine grain structure and high purity ensure exceptional stability, effectively preventing grain growth and phase transformation under extreme conditions.

With a microporous fiber structure, the material delivers extremely low thermal conductivity and heat storage, greatly reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency compared to traditional refractory materials. This enables faster heating and cooling cycles, supporting high-efficiency industrial operations.

Composed mainly of α-alumina (≥95%), the product features very low impurity levels and minimal shot content, ensuring clean operation without contamination of the furnace atmosphere. It is especially suitable for high-purity applications such as electronic component sintering, advanced ceramics processing, and lithium-ion battery material calcination.

Mechanically, Ultra-High Temperature Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Board combines fiber flexibility with good strength and thermal shock resistance. It resists cracking, spalling, and erosion during installation and operation. With precise dimensions and uniform thickness, it can be easily machined and customized for efficient installation.

Widely used in high-temperature furnaces-including ceramic kilns, semiconductor diffusion furnaces, vacuum furnaces, petrochemical units, and aerospace thermal systems-polycrystalline alumina fiberboard serves as both hot-face lining and backup insulation, making it an ideal energy-saving solution for ultra-high-temperature applications.
