Product Introduction

1. Production line composition

(1) Raw material preparation system: This system is used to process the raw materials for the production of ceramic fiber blankets, generally including the storage, crushing, screening and batching of raw materials. The main equipment includes silos, crushers, vibrating screens and batching scales. Through this system, it can be ensured that the particle size, purity and proportion of the raw materials put into production meet the process requirements.

(2) Melting fiber forming system: This system is the core part of the production line. Its function is to heat the raw materials to a molten state and then make fibers through a specific method. Common melting equipment includes resistance furnaces, arc furnaces, etc. The main fiber forming methods are blowing and spinning. In this process, parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rate must be accurately controlled to ensure the quality and performance of the fibers.

(3) Cotton collection and molding system: It is responsible for collecting the manufactured fibers and processing them into a blanket shape. The main equipment includes a cotton collector, a molding machine, etc. The cotton collector will collect the fibers evenly on the conveyor belt, and the molding machine will interweave the fibers through needle punching or other processes to form a ceramic fiber blanket with a certain strength and density.

(4) Post-processing system: In order to improve the performance and quality of ceramic fiber blankets, the blankets need to be post-processed after forming. The post-processing processes usually include drying, curing, cutting and packaging. Drying equipment can remove moisture from the blanket, curing equipment can enhance the bonding force between fibers, and cutting and packaging equipment can process the blanket into specified sizes and packaging forms.

2. Process flow

lRaw material preparation: Select high-quality ceramic raw materials, such as kaolin, alumina, etc., and mix them according to a certain proportion after crushing, screening and other treatments.

High-temperature melting: Put the prepared raw materials into the furnace and heat them to 1600-2000℃ to melt them. Different raw materials and production processes require different melting temperatures and times.

Fiberization: The molten raw materials are made into fibers by blowing or spinning. The blowing method uses high-pressure airflow to blow the molten liquid into fibers; the spinning method uses a high-speed rotating spinning disk to throw the molten liquid out to form fibers.

Collecting and molding: The fibers are collected in the cotton collector and evenly distributed on the conveyor belt, and then acupuncture or other treatments are performed by the molding machine to make the fibers entangled with each other to form a ceramic fiber blanket with a certain thickness and density.

Post-processing: The formed ceramic fiber blanket needs to undergo post-processing processes such as drying and curing to improve its strength and stability. Finally, it is cut and packaged according to customer needs.

 

3. Key equipment

(1) Furnace: It is the key equipment for melting raw materials. Its performance directly affects the quality and production efficiency of fibers. Common furnaces include resistance furnaces and arc furnaces. Resistance furnaces heat evenly and have precise temperature control, but their production capacity is relatively small. Arc furnaces heat quickly and have large production capacity, but their temperature control is more difficult.

(2) Fiber forming equipment: Blowing equipment and spinning equipment are the core equipment for fiber forming. Parameters such as the air flow pressure and flow rate of the blowing equipment and the speed and diameter of the spinning equipment will affect the diameter, length and shape of the fibers.

(3) Needle punching machine: During the cotton collection and forming process, the needle punching machine interweaves the fibers through the up and down movement of the needles, thereby improving the strength and density of the blanket. Parameters such as the needle punching frequency, needle punching depth and needle plate density of the needle punching machine play a key role in the quality of the ceramic fiber blanket.
