Product description
Rock wool pipe is a tubular thermal insulation material made of natural basalt as the main raw material. After being melted at 1600℃, it is made into inorganic fiber by centrifugal fiberization technology and then processed by special process. The product has excellent fire resistance, reaches the A1 non-combustible standard, and can withstand high temperature above 700℃. It does not produce toxic smoke when it encounters fire, which is an ideal choice for building fire safety.
Its unique fiber structure gives the product excellent thermal insulation performance, and the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.035-0.042W/(m·K), which can significantly reduce the heat loss of the pipeline and achieve significant energy saving effect. At the same time, it has good sound absorption and noise reduction characteristics, which can effectively reduce the noise of equipment operation. The product has been treated with hydrophobicity, with a hydrophobicity of ≥98%, moisture-proof and anti-condensation, and is not easy to deform after long-term use. It has extremely strong chemical stability and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as petrochemical, electric power, and metallurgy.
