Product Introduction

Rock wool tape is a new type of fireproof and heat-insulating material made of natural basalt as the main raw material, melted at a high temperature of more than 1600℃, and made by advanced centrifugal fiber-forming process. During the production process, the molten rock wool is formed into fibers by a high-speed rotating centrifuge, and an environmentally friendly adhesive is added. The fibers are arranged vertically through a special directional laying process, and then precisely pressed and solidified, and finally cut into strip products. This unique vertical fiber structure gives the product significant advantages: its tensile strength can reach more than 80kPa, its compressive strength exceeds 40kPa, and its mechanical properties are more than 50% higher than those of traditional parallel fiber products, and it can better withstand various stresses during construction and use.

As an A1-level non-combustible material, the rock wool tape can still maintain structural stability at a high temperature of 1000℃, does not burn when exposed to fire, and does not release toxic smoke. Its fireproof performance far exceeds the national standard requirements; it also has excellent thermal insulation performance (thermal conductivity 0.038-0.042W/(m·K)) and good hydrophobicity (hydrophobicity ≥98%), which can effectively block heat conduction and prevent water vapor penetration; the product also has excellent sound insulation and corrosion resistance, does not contain asbestos and other harmful substances, and complies with national standards such as GB/T 19686.
