2. Core product advantages
(1) Excellent fireproof performance
A1 grade non-combustible material: passed the national fireproof test, does not burn or release toxic gases when exposed to open flames, effectively delaying the spread of fire.
High temperature stability: withstands high temperature of 650℃ without deformation, suitable for high temperature scenes such as boilers and pipelines.
(2) High efficiency thermal insulation
Low thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of 0.035W/(m·K) is better than that of traditional mineral wool materials, and the energy saving rate is increased by more than 30%.
Three-dimensional mesh structure: The fibers are interlaced to form a closed air chamber, blocking heat convection and heat conduction.
(3) Excellent sound absorption and noise reduction
NRC sound absorption coefficient 0.8-0.95: effectively absorbs medium and high frequency noise, suitable for sound insulation demand scenes such as machine rooms and workshops.
(4) Environmental protection and health protection
Asbestos-free certification: passed SGS testing, does not contain CFCs, HCFCs and other harmful substances.
Anti-mold and antibacterial: Inorganic materials prevent mold growth and meet the hygiene standards of hospitals and food workshops.
(5) Durable properties
Anti-aging: Inorganic fibers do not decompose and have a service life of more than 30 years.
Water-repellent treatment: Optional surface waterproof coating, water absorption rate <1%, suitable for humid environments.
(6) Economical and convenient construction
Flexible and easy to cut: Supports on-site cutting, fits special-shaped surfaces, and reduces joint thermal bridges.
Lightweight: The density is only 1/20 of that of traditional brick walls, reducing building loads.

3. Recommended application scenarios
(1) Construction field
External wall insulation system: used in combination with plaster mortar to meet the requirements of the "Building Design Fire Protection Code"
Roof insulation treatment: used with waterproof membrane to reduce the summer room temperature of the top floor by 5-8℃
Fire isolation belt: set a 300mm wide rock wool belt in the polystyrene board insulation system to block vertical fire
(2) Industrial equipment
Pipeline insulation: applicable to DN15-DN1200 pipe diameter, temperature range -50℃~400℃
Boiler kiln: as the outer insulation material, the surface temperature is reduced to below 50℃
Storage tank insulation: reduce heat loss of media such as LNG and crude oil
(3) Special industries
Ship cabin: through IMO FTPC fireproof certification, used for cabin wall/deck fireproof isolation
Clean workshop: antistatic rock wool blanket meets the dustproof requirements of electronic workshop
Agricultural greenhouse: night insulation reduces heat loss and reduces frost damage
4. Construction and installation guide
(1) Pretreatment points
Base treatment: remove surface oil and dust, and use mortar to level the uneven parts
Cutting specifications: use professional knives to cut according to actual size + 5% margin
(2) Installation steps
Lay horizontally from bottom to top, with a spacing of ≤2mm between each roll
Fix with plastic anchor bolts (spacing ≤400mm)
Seal the joints with aluminum foil tape
Install protective plates or plastering layers on the outer layer
(3) Precautions
Dust masks and goggles must be worn when working at high altitudes
Construction is prohibited on rainy days, and avoid rain within 24 hours after completion
A spacing of ≥300mm from organic materials such as polyurethane

5. Purchase suggestions
Match product models according to usage scenarios:
Economic general type: density 80kg/m³, suitable for ordinary wall insulation
High temperature reinforced type: density 120kg/m³ + ceramic fiber coating, suitable for boiler pipes
Clean and mildew-proof type: PVC film on the surface, used in food and medicine workshops
Ship-specific type: certified by DNV-GL classification society
6. FAQ
Q1: What is the difference between rock wool blanket and glass wool?
A1: Rock wool has higher temperature resistance (650℃ vs 250℃) and better strength, suitable for high temperature and heavy load scenarios; glass wool fiber is finer, sound absorption is slightly better but moisture resistance is poor.
Q2: Will it settle after long-term use?
A2: Using vertical fiber orientation technology, the compression rate in 20 years is less than 3%, which is far lower than the national standard requirement of 10%.
Q3: How to deal with humid environments?
A3: It is recommended to use waterproof products with a water repellency of ≥98%, or install a moisture-proof vapor barrier.
Q4: Is it irritating to the skin?
A4: This product has been surface-coated. You can wear ordinary work clothes during construction. The fiber residue can be removed by rinsing the skin.
