Production Process Overview

Raw Material Preparation: Natural basalt, dolomite, etc. are screened and crushed.

High-Temperature Melting: The raw materials are melted in a natural gas or coke high-temperature furnace (temperature > 1450°C).

Fiber Forming: Fibers are spun through a four-wheel centrifuge to form fibers, and a binder and hydrophobic agent are added.

Spreading and Forming: Fibers are automatically spread and pressed into shape in a settling chamber.

Curing and Drying: Fibers are fed into a curing oven to complete the binder reaction and stabilize the structure.

Cutting and Packaging: Cut to customer size, compressed and packaged, and shipped to warehouse.
