High-Temperature-Resistant Rockwool Composite Panels
Product Introduction
Rockwool composite panels combine the excellent thermal insulation properties of rockwool with the structural strength of composite materials. They are widely used for insulation and protection in building curtain walls, roofs, cold storage, and industrial pipelines and equipment.
Product Structure and Composition
Rockwool Core Material
Made from high-quality minerals melted at high temperatures, these inorganic fibers have uniform density and are slender, offering excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and sound absorption.
Composite Panels
Common surface materials include color-coated steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or aluminum-magnesium alloy panels, offering excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and aesthetics.
Adhesive
An environmentally friendly adhesive is used to firmly bond the rockwool core to the panel, ensuring the stability and durability of the overall structure.

Product Features
Excellent thermal insulation performance
Rock wool has a reasonable density and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.035-0.045 W/m·K, effectively blocking heat and cold conduction, improving energy efficiency in buildings and equipment.
Excellent fire resistance
As an inorganic material, rock wool composite panels are non-combustible or flame-retardant, with a fire resistance of over 3 hours, meeting various fire protection regulations.
Excellent water and moisture resistance
The composite panels effectively block moisture intrusion and prevent moisture absorption from the core material, ensuring long-term stability.
High-strength structural stability
The panels are tightly bonded to the rock wool core, resulting in high overall strength, impact resistance, and bending resistance, capable of withstanding harsh environments and mechanical stress.
Excellent sound insulation and absorption
The rock wool fiber structure effectively absorbs noise, reducing building and equipment operating noise and improving comfort.
Environmentally friendly and green material
Asbestos-free, non-toxic, and odorless, it complies with international environmental standards and meets green building certification requirements.

Production process
(1) Rock wool preparation
Rock wool fibers are produced by high-temperature melting of ore and then formed using special equipment to ensure uniform fiber and stable density.
(2) Core material cutting
Rock wool is cut into panels of required thickness and specifications according to the designed dimensions.
(3) Panel pretreatment
The steel or aluminum plate is cleaned and coated to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion.
(4) Composite molding
The core material and the panel are hot-pressed using a high-strength adhesive to form a strong and durable composite panel.
(5) Inspection and packaging
The rock wool composite panel after composite is quality tested and shipped to customers after packaging and protection.
