Production Process

The molten liquid is spun into continuous fine fibers with a diameter of approximately 2–5 micrometers through high-speed centrifugal spinning.
(3) Fiber Deposition into bulk
The fibers are deposited and cooled in the form of a fiber web, forming inorganic fiber bulk layers.
(4) Curing and Cutting
After drying and curing, the fiber bulk achieves the required mechanical strength and dimensional stability before being cut and packaged.
(5) Quality Testing
Each batch of products undergoes physical performance testing, chemical composition analysis, and environmental indicator testing to ensure compliance with standards.
