Product Introduction
128kg/m³ high-density ceramic fiber blanket is a high-performance fiber blanket made from high-purity alumina and silica through a continuous melt-blowing process. Its sorting temperature can reach 1260°C to 1430°C, and it features fine fibers, low thermal conductivity, and minimal shrinkage on heating. Compared to similar products, this ceramic fiber blanket offers superior fire resistance, thermal insulation, and energy savings.
This product boasts a clean white appearance and uniform dimensions, combining fire resistance, thermal insulation, and heat preservation. It contains no binders and maintains excellent tensile strength, toughness, and fiber structural stability in both neutral and oxidizing atmospheres. Furthermore, this ceramic fiber blanket is unaffected by oil corrosion and regains its original thermal and physical properties after drying. Compared to comparable fiber cotton products, it exhibits superior chemical stability and higher strength at room temperature and after combustion.

What precautions should be taken when using ceramic fiber blankets?
Ceramic fiber blankets, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blankets, are named because one of their main components is aluminum oxide (the main component of ceramics).
01 Before application, ensure that the base surface is perpendicular and flat to the required level.
02 Never mix dry powdered adhesive with water. Pre-wet the wall surface before application, ensuring there are no visible water stains.
03 Use the mixed putty within 5 hours.
04 Do not apply when the ambient temperature is below 5°C or above 40°C, or in rainy weather.
05 Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
