Product Introduction
Industrial insulation blankets are high-performance thermal insulation materials made of high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) and silicon dioxide (SiO₂) through an advanced continuous melt-blown process. The product classification temperature range is 1260°C to 1430°C, suitable for various medium and high temperature application scenarios.
Industrial insulation blankets have uniform structure and fine fibers, excellent thermal stability and low thermal conductivity, which effectively reduce heat energy loss. At the same time, it has minimal effect on the shrinkage of the hot wire of the heating element, improving the safety and operating efficiency of the overall system. Compared with traditional materials, it has stronger fire resistance, heat insulation and energy saving effects.
Industrial insulation blankets are white, neat in appearance and regular in size, integrating fire resistance, heat insulation and thermal insulation functions. It does not contain any binder and will not release harmful substances during high temperature use. Even if used for a long time in a neutral or oxidizing atmosphere, it can still maintain good tensile strength, flexibility and fiber integrity.
Industrial insulation blankets also have excellent chemical stability and are not corroded by oil and most chemicals. Even after being contaminated, the original thermal performance and physical properties can be restored after drying. Compared with the corresponding ceramic fiber wool, this product shows higher strength and reliability at both room temperature and high temperature.

Precautions When Using Ceramic Fiber Blankets
Ceramic fiber blankets, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blankets, are high-temperature insulation materials made of alumina and silica as the main components. Since alumina is one of the important raw materials for ceramics, it is named "ceramic fiber blankets". During use or construction, to ensure safety and performance, the following matters need to be noted:
01. Substrate treatment
Before construction, it should be confirmed that the construction base surface has good verticality and flatness to ensure the laying quality and overall effect of the ceramic fiber blanket.
02. Coating construction
If the construction process involves coating slurry, please note: it is forbidden to add water to the dried slurry for stirring again. Before construction, the wall should be moistened first, with "surface wet but no visible water" as the best, which is conducive to bonding and construction operations.
03. Material use time limit
The mixed putty or other auxiliary materials should be used up within 5 hours to avoid material failure affecting the bonding strength and construction quality.
04. Construction environment
Please avoid construction under the condition of ambient temperature below 5℃ or above 40℃. It is also not recommended to operate in rainy days or high humidity environment to prevent affecting the material performance and construction effect.
05. Storage requirements
Ceramic fiber blanket should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture, pollution or mechanical extrusion to maintain its stable performance.
