1430C Ceramic Fiber Vacuum Formed Parts
Product Introduction
SUNTHERM can produce 1430C ceramic fiber shaped parts in various sizes and shapes, including rectangular, round, tubular, conical, semicircular, dome and square box shapes, etc., which can be produced according to customer requirements, such as casting caps, sleeves and faucet gaskets for non-ferrous metal industries, vacuum shaped fire holes for petrochemical industries, etc.
1430C ceramic fiber shaped parts have low shrinkage within their use temperature range, maintaining the characteristics of heat preservation, insulation, light weight and thermal shock resistance. Unfired materials can be easily cut or machined. During use, ceramic fiber shaped parts have good wear resistance and spalling resistance, and will not be eroded by most molten metals.
If necessary, hardening can be carried out. Hardening treatment can increase the surface hardness of ceramic fiber shaped parts and have good hardness.
