4. Manufacturing process flow

Raw material preparation: Ceramic fibers are chopped to a length of 3-5 mm and mixed with an inorganic binder (such as silica sol) at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.5 to form a slurry with a solid content of 15-25%.

Vacuum adsorption: The slurry is injected into a porous mold (mostly made of resin or metal), dehydrated at a vacuum degree of -0.08~-0.1MPa, and the fibers are arranged in a directional manner to form a preform.

Drying and curing: Drying at 80-120℃ for 12-24 hours to evaporate moisture and initially cure the binder.

High-temperature sintering: Heat treatment at 800-1200℃ for 2-4 hours to achieve inter-fiber sintering strengthening, with a volume shrinkage of about 3-8%.

(1) High-temperature furnace lining: such as aluminum alloy melting furnace (working temperature 700-900℃), which is 60% lighter than traditional refractory bricks and saves 15-30% energy.
