3. Core advantages

(1) Extreme high temperature resistance

Temperature resistance up to 1260℃: high-purity alumina and reinforced fiber are used to stably withstand ultra-high temperature environments for a long time, which is better than traditional glass fiber (temperature resistance is only 250℃).

Excellent thermal shock resistance: the fiber structure is flexible and can resist rapid cooling and heating shocks to avoid cracking and falling off.

(2) High efficiency insulation and energy saving

Ultra-low thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.03W/(m·K) at room temperature, reducing heat loss by more than 70%, with significant energy saving effect.

4. Construction and Maintenance Guide

(1) Installation Tips

Surface treatment: clean the oil and burrs on the substrate to ensure that there is no gap on the bonding surface.

Fixing method: use high temperature resistant anchor nails or alloy wire bundling, spacing ≤300mm.

(2) Joint treatment

Use ceramic fiber glue or aluminum foil tape to seal the joints to avoid thermal bridge effect.

(3) Precautions for use

Smoke during initial heating: carbonization of organic fibers is a normal phenomenon, which can be eliminated by continuously heating to above 300℃.

Avoid mechanical wear: add metal guard plates to the surface to prevent high-speed airflow from erosion.

6. FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between ceramic fiber cloth and glass fiber cloth?

A1: Ceramic fiber has higher temperature resistance (1260℃ vs 250℃), stronger chemical corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high temperature acidic and alkaline environments; glass fiber has lower cost, but is easy to become brittle.

Q2: Does a humid environment affect performance?

A2: The water absorption rate of standard products is less than 5%, and a hydrophobic coating type (water absorption rate less than 1%) can be selected, or a moisture-proof vapor barrier layer can be added.

Q3: Does it support customized composite structures?

A3: It supports composite aluminum foil (to improve reflective insulation), silicone coating (to enhance air tightness), and stainless steel wire reinforcement (to improve tensile strength).
