Ceramic fiber paper production line requires about 6-8 people
Raw material processing and melting: 1 person is required to be responsible for raw material screening, feeding and melting equipment monitoring. The high-temperature melting process relies on automated equipment to operate, and manual intervention is less.
Fiber spinning/blowing fiber forming: 1-2 people are required to operate the fiber spinning machine or blowing equipment, adjust the fiber morphology and maintain the stability of the equipment.
Fiber dispersion pulping: 1 person controls the fiber suspension ratio and dispersion uniformity.
Fiber forming equipment: 2 people are required to be responsible for headbox adjustment, wire dehydration and wet paper quality control.
Drying and sintering: 1 person monitors the drying temperature and hot air circulation system.
Fiber slitting and packaging: 1 person operates the vertical and horizontal cutting machine and rolling equipment. The automated packaging line can be integrated into other positions for collaborative completion.
Fiber central monitoring: The central control system realizes the linkage of multiple equipment and compresses the number of inspection personnel to 1 person/area.
