1. Personnel qualifications: Operators of natural gas furnace rock wool production lines must hold special equipment operation certificates and receive special training on natural gas safety operation and rock wool production processes.
2. Protective equipment: Wear fire-retardant work clothes, dust masks, protective masks, heat-insulating gloves and non-slip labor shoes. Wear high-temperature resistant glasses in high-temperature areas.
3. Environmental requirements: The operation area should be kept ventilated, and the natural gas concentration monitoring device should be effective in real time; It is prohibited to stack flammable materials, and fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire sand) should be placed in a conspicuous position.
4. Shutdown and maintenance
Normal shutdown: Close the main gas valve and keep the induced draft fan running for 20 minutes to cool the furnace body; Clean the residual fibers in the cotton collector, apply anti-rust oil to the centrifuge drum, and turn off all power supplies.
Emergency shutdown: Trigger the emergency stop button to cut off the gas supply, start the nitrogen purge system to prevent explosion; Troubleshoot and record the fault, and restart after safety confirmation.
