1) Weld the threaded screw of the ceramic fiber module vertically to the shell according to the size designed in the drawing.
2) Align the guide tube of the ceramic fiber module with the threaded screw. After the module is positioned, use a special wrench to insert the nut along the guide tube and tighten it on the threaded bolt.
3) Remove the guide tube, wooden board, and plastic belt. If the plastic tube is not completely closed, it must be blocked with ceramic fiber cotton.
4) After installing a row, check and adjust the gap and direction of the ceramic fiber module to achieve neat arrangement and flat surface.
5) In the non-expansion direction of the ceramic fiber module, install ceramic fiber blankets between the modules, wrap the cut ceramic fiber blankets on thin metal or wooden boards, and then insert them between the installed modules. Next, remove all auxiliary installation equipment and installation materials.
6) When installing the last ceramic fiber module on the furnace roof, it is advisable to first use four aluminum plates to fit tightly against the side of the installed module, then align the last module with the bolts and squeeze it in, then tighten the nuts and pull out the aluminum plates.
7) The installation area (cross section) must be checked for non-expanded modules, lining holes, exposed fiber clusters, etc.
8) The final step of ceramic fiber module installation is to use a wooden paddle to tamp it flat and dense. When tamping, cardboard or wood should be placed on the surface to be tamped. It is strictly forbidden to tamp the furnace lining surface directly. After tamping, ensure that the lining surface is smooth and has no bumps.
