The production process is as follows: Loose ceramic fiber wool is allowed to settle naturally onto a collecting conveyor belt, forming an even wool web. This web is then formed into a blanket via a double-sided "needling" process. This method does not require the addition of chemical binders, classifying it as an environmentally friendly, binder-free dry-needled ceramic fiber blanket.

By subjecting the blown long fibers to double-sided needling, the blanket's toughness, resilience, and tensile strength are significantly improved. This process effectively increases the degree of fiber interlocking, thereby improving delamination resistance, mechanical strength, and surface smoothness.
