Ceramic fiber blankets have many functions and are widely used. The reason for this is due to their unique properties and different materials.
Ceramic fiber blankets improve the preservation of thermal efficiency, but for some special kilns, due to the particularity of chemical substances, ceramic fiber blankets may not be used as thermal insulation materials for the time being. Therefore, its development and application are also being further improved. Ceramic fiber blankets are formed by special aluminum silicate fiber filaments through a special double-sided needle punching process. After the double-sided needle punching process, the degree of interweaving, anti-delamination performance, tensile strength and surface flatness of the fibers are greatly improved.
Ceramic fiber blankets have excellent refractory properties and are often used for thermal insulation in industry. They are especially good at being used as thermal insulation refractory materials for high-temperature kilns. Ceramic fiber blankets have strong thermal insulation capabilities, so they can save more heat, which is 1.2 times the energy-saving capacity of similar thermal insulation materials such as thermal insulation bricks. The ceramic fiber used in the spinning blanket is thicker and longer than that of the blown blanket, so the spinning blanket has higher tensile and flexural strength than the blown blanket, and is suitable for thermal insulation environments with high requirements for flexural and tensile properties.
Ceramic fiber blankets improve thermal efficiency while also improving the quality of the products in the furnace, so its technology and quality are still our important key. We always insist on producing better quality ceramic fiber products through continuous improvement of technology.
