The ceramic fiber blanket layer laying structure can select ceramic fiber blankets of different temperature grades, densities, and thicknesses according to the different working temperatures of each layer of blankets. The material selection is flexible and the use cost-effective; the layer laying structure makes the fiber direction parallel to the heat transfer direction of the furnace wall, the furnace lining has good insulation performance, and the heat dissipation loss is greatly reduced.
01 The ceramic fiber blanket layer laying structure should be tested before construction; during construction, the upper and lower layers of the ceramic fiber blanket should be staggered and laid, and the layers should be firmly glued.
02 The national standard for the alumina content of ceramic fiber blankets; the alumina content of ordinary type is not less than 40%; the alumina content of standard type is not less than 43%; the alumina content of high-purity type is not less than 43%; the alumina content of high-aluminum type is not less than 52%.
03 The thickness of the ceramic fiber furnace lining must meet the insulation design requirements. Measurement method: The length and width are measured and recorded, and nine measurement points are marked. When measuring, place the disc of the needle thickness gauge horizontally on the sample, align the disc hole with the measuring point, and carefully insert the needle tip of the cursor downward into the disc hole. When the needle tip touches the sample, gently press the cursor so that the needle tip penetrates the sample and touches the glass plate to read the thickness.
04 After the ceramic fiber blanket lining is installed, the fiber surface should be flat and beautiful, and the extrusion should be dense. The uneven areas should be flattened with plywood; larger gaps should be filled with ceramic fiber blanket cotton to ensure good sealing performance of the fiber lining.
