Product Description:

The 1600 Grade Industrial Alumina Fiber Blanket is produced through advanced sol-gel processing combined with precision needle-punching technology. It features a uniform fiber structure, excellent flexibility, and superior mechanical strength, enabling stable long-term operation in high-temperature environments.

With a maximum service temperature of up to 1600°C, the product provides excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It exhibits low shrinkage at high temperatures and resists deformation effectively. In addition, its low thermal conductivity delivers outstanding insulation and energy-saving performance, significantly reducing heat loss.

It is widely applied in industrial furnaces, kilns, petrochemical equipment, heat treatment systems, and other high-temperature applications.
