Description of important equipment
1. Bedroom beater
(1) The blade is made of 6mm thick, 304 stainless steel plate.
(2) The beater shaft is made of 45# steel.
(3) The splint is made of polymer board.
(4) The pulping pipe at the bottom of the beater is a 108 diameter stainless steel pipe with a stainless steel flange interface.
(5) Beater volume: 1m3
(6) Each beater is equipped with a national standard motor of 7.5KW, which is horizontally installed on the side and driven by a pulley.
(7) The beater is designed with time control, which automatically controls the beater time. When the time is up, the beater stops automatically. The time can be set freely; and an emergency stop button is installed at the beater for easy operation.
2. Inclined mesh structure
(1) The total length of the forming section is 7 meters, the inclined length is 3.2 meters, and the forming inclination is 7°;
(2) The main frame of the forming machine is made of 14# stainless steel rectangular tube;
(3) All kinds of rubber rollers are covered with δ=8mm, the pressing rollers are δ=12mm, and the chest and couching rollers are covered with 17mm thick acid-resistant rubber;
(4) One wet suction box, using δ=30mm polymer panel, durable; stainless steel plate box body, panel slotted, width 20mm. The slotting must ensure straightness, the slots must be parallel, the panel and the box body must be sealed reliably, and there must be no leakage;
(5) Two vacuum boxes, using δ=30mm polymer panel, stainless steel plate box body, panel slotted 3, two slots are 10mm wide (specific production requirements are the same as the wet suction box).
(6) Roots vacuum pump (pipeline is PVC-U pipe), optional when using a wet suction box.
(7) The press structure adopts actuator automatic adjustment, uniform pressure, and easy operation;
(8) Driving motor power: N=5.5KW (Guomao reducer factory);
(9) The tensioning device adopts pneumatic, automatic pneumatic correction. It is equipped with a set of online pressure device, tensioning and pneumatic correction device, the pressure roller adopts elevator pressure, the two can be adjusted synchronously, and a vacuum box is set between the mesh belts.
