3. Production process
(1) Raw material preparation
Material selection: Select high-quality ceramic fiber raw materials with high purity and few impurities, ensuring the excellent performance of the final product. Common raw materials include alumina, silica, etc., which have undergone strict quality inspection and meet relevant international standards.
Pretreatment: The raw materials are pretreated by crushing, grinding, etc. to achieve the appropriate particle size and uniformity. This step uses advanced crushing equipment and fine screening technology to ensure the consistency of the raw materials and lay a solid foundation for subsequent production.
(2) Pulping
The pretreated raw materials are mixed with an appropriate amount of additives and water to make a uniform slurry. The role of additives is to improve the fluidity, stability and adhesion of the slurry to ensure the smooth progress of the molding process. During the pulping process, through precise formula control and advanced mixing equipment, the various performance indicators of the slurry are optimized.
(3) Molding

This molding method can accurately control the thickness and density of the slab, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of physical properties of the product.
Mold design: The mold is made of special materials and designs, with good demoulding performance and durability. According to different product specifications and customer needs, the mold can be quickly replaced to achieve diversified production.
(4) Drying
The slab after molding enters the drying process, and the moisture is removed by low-temperature hot air drying or microwave drying. The temperature and time are strictly controlled during the drying process to avoid defects such as cracks and deformation of the slab. Advanced drying equipment can ensure uniform drying effect and improve product quality and production efficiency.
(5) Heat treatment
The dried slab is heat treated in a high-temperature furnace to improve its strength, hardness and thermal insulation performance. During the heat treatment process, the temperature, heating rate and holding time are precisely controlled to cause physical and chemical changes in the ceramic fiber to form a stable crystal structure. The ceramic fiber board after heat treatment has excellent high-temperature performance and chemical stability.
(6) Processing and inspection
Processing: The ceramic fiber board after heat treatment is cut, polished and processed to meet the size and surface accuracy required by the customer. The use of advanced processing equipment and technology ensures processing accuracy and efficiency.
Inspection: Each piece of ceramic fiberboard undergoes strict quality inspection, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement, physical performance testing, etc. Only products that pass all inspection items can enter the packaging process, ensuring the quality of the products leaving the factory.
(7) Packaging and storage
Qualified ceramic fiberboards are packaged with moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging materials to protect the products from damage during transportation and storage. The product specifications, models, production date and other information are marked on the packaging to facilitate customer identification and use. The products are stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and managed according to the first-in-first-out principle.
