1. Product Introduction
The ceramic fiberboard production line uses ceramic fiber wool as the main raw material. Through multiple process steps such as beating, mixing, filtration molding, pressing, drying, and cutting, it produces ceramic fiberboard with excellent fire resistance, low thermal conductivity, good mechanical strength and dimensional stability.

2. Production Line Process
The ceramic fiberboard production line operates in a "fully automatic + multi-stage control" mode to ensure that the board is uniform, dense and crack-free. The main process flow is as follows:
(1) Preparation of ceramic fiber raw materials
The ceramic fiber wool (which can be spun, blown or biosoluble) is pre-opened and coarsely crushed to remove lumps and impurities. (2) Pulping system
Ceramic fiber and appropriate amount of binder, additive and inorganic filler are added to the beating tank and stirred at high speed to form a uniform slurry.
(3) Vacuum forming system
The slurry is filtered and deposited on the surface of the forming mold to form a wet plate, which is then shaped by vacuum adsorption to achieve the initial forming of the plate.
(4) Pressing and dehydration
The wet plate is dehydrated by an automatic pressing device to increase the density and improve the flatness of the plate.
(5) Drying system
The wet plate enters the multi-layer drying furnace and adopts hot air circulation drying technology with temperature controllable in sections to ensure that the plate is thoroughly dried and does not deform.
(6) Trimming and cutting to length
After drying, the plate passes through the automatic trimming machine and the horizontal and vertical cutting machine to trim the edges and corners and cut to the required specifications.
(7) Automatic stacking and packaging
After passing the quality inspection, the finished ceramic fiber board is collected by the automatic stacking system and packaged for storage.
