Production process of ceramic fiber paper production line
1. Raw material preparation
Select high-quality ceramic fibers as raw materials, such as aluminum silicate fibers, alumina fibers, etc. These fibers generally have excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and heat insulation properties.
According to product requirements, the ceramic fibers are proportioned and mixed with other additives (such as binders, dispersants, etc.). The mixing process needs to ensure that the components are evenly distributed to improve the overall performance of the product.
2. Pulping and slag removal
The mixed ceramic fiber raw materials are sent to the pulping equipment for pulping. The concentration and viscosity of the slurry need to be controlled during the pulping process to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent molding process.
During or after pulping, impurities and unqualified particles in the slurry are removed by filtering or centrifugation. This helps to improve the purity and quality of the product.
3. Molding and dehydration
The treated slurry is molded through molding equipment (such as inclined screen molding machine, flat screen molding machine, etc.). Description of important equipment
Transition glue section
(1) The total length of the glue section is 3 meters;
(2) The main frame is made of 14# stainless steel rectangular tube
(3) All kinds of rubber rollers are covered with acid-resistant rubber δ=8mm, and the main drive roller is chrome-plated;
(4) A vacuum glue extraction box, using δ=30mm high molecular polyethylene panel, stainless steel plate box, and panel slotting. The slots must ensure straightness, the grooves must be parallel, and the panel and box must be sealed reliably without air leakage; a glue collecting tray, made of PP material, with a plate thickness of 10mm, requires welding and sealing, and no leakage.
(5) A glue tank, made of stainless steel SUS304 plate, with a flat and smooth glue surface.

Drying unit
The drying unit produced by SUNTHERN Group consists of: drying furnace body, circulating heating system, return air system, dehumidification system, tensioning bracket, intermediate transition bracket, outlet transmission bracket, conveyor, waste discharge pipeline, electronic control system, etc.
Drying temperature and control:
The drying temperature is 150-250℃, the temperature uniformity in the furnace is ±10℃, the automatic temperature control system uses temperature sensor and PLC acquisition control, touch screen display, and automatic temperature control.
Heating time: heating time ≤30 minutes.
Drying heat source: natural gas is used as the heat source for heating; thermal resistance is used to measure the drying temperature.
Three temperature detection points are set in the heating area of the drying room for display and control, with a temperature control accuracy of ±10℃; three temperature detection points are added in the heat exchanger to prevent the heat exchanger from over-high temperature alarm and protect the equipment.

1. After the production line is installed, the warranty period is 12 months. The warranty does not include damage caused by improper operation or destruction due to the buyer's reasons.
2. The seller is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance and violation of operating regulations of equipment and accessories. If during the warranty period, the equipment fails due to any failure of the buyer (not due to staff operation errors), the seller shall send experts to provide technical support to eliminate the failure.
